APPEAL FOR TRAFFIC OFFENCES

Important

  1. Appeals are only considered for medical emergencies. You must submit documentary proof to support your appeal. All submitted documentary proof will be evaluated together with the evidence gathered during enforcement.

  3. Providing misleading / false information is an offence. Offenders, if found guilty shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, a fine which may extend to $5,000, or with both.

I declare that the information or attachments which I am going to provide to the police are true to the best of my knowledge and that I have not wilfully suppressed any material fact. I understand that any provision of inaccurate or false information will render this application void.
Under the Road Traffic Act Chapter 276, any person who wilfully or recklessly furnishes any false or misleading information shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1000 or to an imprisonment term not exceeding 6 months or to both.
